Refund Policy & Enrollment Guidelines for Stint Academy

Thank you for choosing Stint Academy courses for your educational needs. We strive to provide quality training and resources to all our students. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:
  • A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made within one week (7 days) after registration/payment.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after one week (7 days) of the registration/payment.
Refund Procedure:
  • To request a refund, the student must notify Stint Academy via email or phone within the eligible refund period.
  • The refund request must include the student's name, course name, payment date & proof, and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 30 days of the refund request approval.
Payment Instalments:
  • For courses with payment options in instalments, the refund policy applies to each instalment separately.
  • If the first instalment is paid at the time of registration, the refund policy applies to the total payment made.
Exceptions:
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Stint Academy may consider refund requests beyond the specified refund period at its discretion.
  • Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation supporting the circumstances proofs.
Transfer of Enrollment:
  • Suppose a student is unable to attend the course after the refund period has expired. In that case, they may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course offering, subject to availability and approval by Stint Academy.
Non-Attendance:
  • Non-attendance of classes or failure to complete the course does not qualify for a refund.
